Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Systemize ("Systemize", "we", "us"), which operates the Aestella brand, the Aestella app, and aestella.app. By using Aestella you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Aestella is only for adults 18 and older. By using Aestella you confirm you are at least 18.
Educational use only
Aestella provides general education about cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose any condition, and does not replace a consultation with a licensed provider. Always talk to a qualified professional before any treatment.
AI Previews
AI Previews are artistic visualizations created by AI. They are not predictions or guarantees of any treatment result. Real results depend on your anatomy, your provider, and other factors.
Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18, or content that is unlawful or explicit. We may limit or suspend AI Preview access if it is misused.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app.
Aestella Premium subscriptions
- Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Aestella account does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- Premium includes a monthly allowance of AI Previews, as described in the app. Unused Previews do not roll over.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app. This includes trying to access other users' data, getting around usage limits or payment, interfering with the service, or reverse engineering it except where the law allows.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. The app, its content, and its design belong to Systemize and its licensors.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that provider information is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Systemize is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make about a treatment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple
If you downloaded Aestella from the App Store, these terms are between you and Systemize, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms do not address a topic.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations. You can stop using the app at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
